Job Summary:
The Senior Tax Accountant is responsible to prepare federal and state income tax returns for partnerships (including LLCs) and corporations for in-house tax department within a private real estate developer company (SRG). This position also performs assignments such as tax projections, estimated tax payments, extensions, and some administrative tasks.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has some supervisory responsibilities to review and/or supervise tax returns prepared by tax accountants.

- Preparation of tax workpapers and federal and state income tax returns for partnerships and corporations, focusing predominantly on real estate industry.
- Assist with the preparation of tax projections and federal and state estimated tax payments and extensions.

• Must have ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals. Ability to write reports and business correspondence

• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of operations software used at the property level; Outlook, Internet software, EXCEL, and WORD
Salary range TBD. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual.
