    Sares Regis Group of Northern California (WWW.SRGNC.COM) is seeking a highly-qualified Administrative Assistant in San Mateo working with the commercial development division.

     

    We are a well-established company with a client list that includes Google, NVIDIA, Adobe, and Stanford, among others.

     

    The commercial team requires an individual for administrative functions including proofing and processing consultant contracts, tracking their monthly invoices, tracking consultant insurance and lien releases, creating expense reports, compiling team edits for weekly staff meeting minutes, maintaining project directories, calendaring, data input, helping to keep electronic filing in order, organizing catered lunch deliveries, other miscellaneous tasks and special assignments as needed by the department.

     

    The ideal candidate will be a professional, motivated self-starter that is very detail-oriented and a great communicator. The ability to proof your own work and consistently follow up to be sure that items are moving through the process until resolution is essential. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint are required. Strong organizational skills and an instinct for taking existing processes and improving upon them is desired. The candidate should possess excellent time management skills and an inherent ability to anticipate what needs to be done and to shift priorities quickly.  Real estate industry experience is preferred but not required.
