    Seeking Leasing Consultant with Affordable Housing experience!

    OPPORTUNITY: LEASING CONSULTANT - SAN DIEGO, CA

     

    ** WEEKENDS REQUIRED **

    Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced property management professional to work at our beautiful 540 unit Reserve at 4S Ranch community! The Reserve offers one, two and three bedroom upscale residences featuring gourmet kitchens with granite counters, crown molding, two-tone paint palette, private patios/balconies and washers and dryers. The Reserve at 4S Ranch is located on Reserve Drive in San Diego, within easy access to 1-15 freeway, and just minutes from the beaches and downtown San Diego.     DUTIES: 
    • Understands agreements governing the affordable housing program.
    • Reviews compliance affordable regulations, income/rent constrictions, and verifications,  and updating affordable status reports.
    • Submits timely and accurate periodic reports.
    • Responsible for files approved prior to move in.
    • Submits affordable packets to corporate compliance auditor in a timely manner.
    • Manages affordable renewal program and lease expiration management.
    • Is clear and professional when Supervising and communicating with team regarding their affordable pending lease files.
    • Strong leasing and customer service required.
    • Ability to pass internal and external audits.


    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must have at least 2 years of related property management experience with ability to pass fair housing exam.
    • Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal.
    • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as: discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages; ability to apply concepts of basic math.
    • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
    • Must have knowledge of operations software used at the property level; Outlook, Internet software, EXCEL, and WORD.
    • Current driver's license and auto insurance.
    • Able to work weekends and overtime as job requires.
